Q&A // what i got for christmas

 merry christmas! it may be 3 days later.. but its still christmas week! 

so i know i was to post my Q&A answers on the 22nd... but i only had one person participate, so i waited until today! i'm just going to jump right into it! 


-What is your favorite Christmas movie?

oooh that's tough! some of my favorite are:

~ home alone

~elf

~the grinch

~and many more lol! 


-What is your favorite Christmas color combo?

favorite christmas color combo... of course at least red and green, and i love seeing the white/gold everywhere too!!!

i'm not going to list everything i got for christmas, just some of the "main" items. 

i also just want to mention that christmas isn't just about gifts. it is about Jesus coming into this world, and who died for our sins. christmas is about JESUS not GIFTS. 

ok so some of our family gifts that we got are:

  • tree climbing set (where i live, there are no trees to climb! so we got a thing tha looks like rock climbing pegs (or whatever they're called) but the go onto the TREE! i cant wait to put them up! i'll probably be spending a lot of my time in a tree, hehehe) 
  • ninja course set 
  • nintendo switch w/ mario cart deluxe (this one.. im just speechless! i love it! we have been playing it soo much!!)
my gifts: 
~ ipad 
~ smart keyboard for my ipad
~ a BUNCH of claw clips!!!
~ this one probably sounds really stupid, but i just love this and it keeps me SUPER busy.. a pick and peel pumice stone! look it up if you have no idea what it is.. but trust me, if you get one, you'll love it! 


these are not all of my presents that i got, just some of my "favorites" though i love them all!!!


i hope you had a merry christmas, celebrating jesus' birth, and spending time with family and friends! can't wait to see you next week, in 2022!!

      ~favorite christmas food.... i dont know! i have so many differnt foods around christmas! does cookies count? 😂
      ~ever had a white christmas... yep! a few times! not this year though :(
      ~ christmas traditions... on christmas eve we are given a small gift from our parents, and we watch a movie and have hot cocoa/popcorn!!
      ~favorite christmas book... i cant find any christmas chapter books (recommendations?) but we read other little books but i don't remember the titles 😬
      ~ is christmas my favorite holiday... i don't really have a favorite holiday, but if i had to choose, is probably would be my favorite holiday! i love all the lights, and the time you have to spend with your family and friends!! i love all the food too!! lol

Hello!! Welcome to day 2 of my sewing marathon! In today's post I will show you how to make scrunchies! ITEMS NEEDED: ~ 4x15 in stretchy fabric ~ 7 in elastic ( I use 1/4 in elastic because I feel it works best!) ~ scissors  ~ 2 safety pins ~sewing machine/ thread Let's get started! First get all the items you need. 1. Cut your fabric and elastic. 2.Fold like a hot dog (long ways) so that the print or color is on the inside. Sew along the long edge in a straight line. 3. Take your safety pin and pin it on one end of your fabric piece. Push your safety pin to the end so that all of the fabric is on the safety pin. Find the safety pin and pull.  hello friends! i am so sorry i haven't posted in a few weeks, i've gotten sick a few times, and have been very busy in life! i have also been struggling to make blog posts! i don't know what to make them of! i have really been slacking on doing my bullet journal so i can really post of that... so my friend (shoutout:  grace @ beyond the pages ) and i came up with an idea for this post! i'm not going to waste any more time and just hop into it!  so the question is: why did you start your business?    (oooh just got a great idea, comment any questions you have related to my life or my small business and i will answer them in a post!)  it all started in 2019.. i just started to homeschool and i needed another hobby. my step mom owns her own small baking business so i went to her for this. i wanted to just have an extra hobby and i told my step mom about that. she was like what about a business? she got me a bunch of paper packets on how to start a business as...

Quick Update!

 Hey there! I hope everything is good with you and you're family!Now that school and everything is getting settled in, I hope to blog a little bit more. Please comment some blog posts that you would like me to do and then when I get some ideas, I will try to get a scedule set up. So, this post is just a little update on how I've been! This is mostly from August, September, and October!  AUGUST: I quit gymnastics and started vollyeball! Quitting gymnastics was a hard diesicion but I think I made the right choice. We had volleyball practice almost 5 days a week, almost 3 hours every practice, but practice makes perfect!  SEPTEMBER: I started an etsy for my business in Septemebr! You can check it out  here. At the end of September, I went to Arizona! I had so much fun!! I'm hoping to make a post about my trip so I won't say much now. But, I want to say, I went to the Grand Canyon while I was in Arizona!
